Talk to an Aviva Smart Health GP
Talk to one of our GPs and have a good chat about your concerns and medical history.
The GP gets to work
The GP will be your case manager, looking after you from start to finish. They’ll look at your medical notes, look at your current diagnosis and treatment plan. Then they’ll hand over to one of Aviva Smart Health’s 50,000+ global experts to take a look.
Over to the experts
An expert in your illness will take a look at your records and give their recommendations on diagnosis and treatment. For example, if you’ve been diagnosed with skin cancer, one of the world’s best dermatologists will be on your side. And if your GP case manager needs to, they’ll get more than one expert on board so you know you’re always getting the most definitive outcome.
The report
You’ll be sent an easy-to-understand report with all the expert’s findings, recommendations and answers to your questions.
The resolution
You’ll review the expert’s report with your GP case manager. They’ll be on hand to answer any more questions you have. It’s recommended you share the report with the doctor who’s treating you, especially if a different diagnosis or treatment is suggested.
